I. Return Policy

It was discussed and requested to reduce the return window from 5 days to 3 days.

The agreed return-policy clauses should be clearly included and updated in the Return Policy section.

The size chart must be updated for each dress individually, as the same was already shared with your team at the beginning.

II. Delivery Time Frame

We acknowledge that we have not been able to dispatch certain orders within the mutually discussed TAT.

To address this, from 1st February 2026, we are onboarding two new suppliers to overcome product shortages.

Additionally, we are in the process of shifting our warehouse closer to the dispatch center, which is expected to be completed within 7 days. This will help improve dispatch timelines.

III. Products

We propose to reduce the marketing efforts for the Soft Mocha Model Party Wear Dress, as our quality team feels the product is currently not 100% fit for delivery.

We request to increase marketing focus on the following products:

Yellow Party Wear Short Dress

Light Pink Lycra Party Wear Dress

White & Black Scuba Party Wear Dress

(along with other existing marketing materials)

We also propose price revisions as follows:

Light Pink Lycra Party Wear Dress: ₹1,999/-

White & Black Scuba Party Wear Dress: ₹2,099/-

We would like to reiterate that The Madhu Store is a small boutique fashion firm, and since many of our designer products are manufactured by suppliers for the first time, occasional delays may occur.

Customer feedback photos will start being shared within the next 1–2 days.

IV. Videos

We request you to please include and promote the UGC videos created by our content creators as part of the marketing activities.

V. Product Activation / Deactivation

Going forward, it was agreed that any product activation or deactivation will be discussed and mutually approved before implementation.
